No video and sound driver after format

Hello,
i formated my PC and after that there is nos sound and video driver i dont know my PC specs
can some1 pls upload software that finds and downloads the drivers itself (100% free software if possible)

hi there,

use Everest this will tell you your pc specifications

then give model of the pc and results obtained

and will give you a download link for it
