My acer labtop is really starting to......

Hello,
my labtop will cut on and will not go past windows xp and it says sorry for the inconvenience but windows did not start sucessfully. it wont let me do nothing i think it is froze and it keeps poppin up a blue screen something about the last hardwares may have caused this what should i do to be able to fix or reboot or restart my computer please help me?

Dear Misty,

Please access to your operating system in safe mode and hence

have the possibility to restore the system. Get to accessories and

system tools to do the restore.

hi im having problems with my acer 5515 vista, last night i used the laptop and had no problems, woke up today and turned it on and it wont start all it does is powers on and then goes to the mircosoft corp and back to power like if you were turner on ur laptop. what do i do i tried f8 and safe mode and still nothing
