Wont let me sign in says it unavailable

Hello,
it wont let me sign into to my addy it keeps sayin it unavailable all the time eres my addy jackoloveskirsty@hotmail.com to see if you can get it working for me and email back to my new one mikeloveskirsty@msn.com thanks alot

Please contact the Hotmail Support Team and hence have the possibility to

reset the password. They will nevertheless require some confirmations from
