Hello,
I have a problom with my desktp wallpaper every time I put a picture or a color on it and it won't stay on it and it goes back to a blank wallpaper

You will actually have to check whether there is no virus causing this problem.

Carry out a virus scan through your anti virus application and remove the virus.
