Pls help me..compaq presario f700

Hello,
i am using compaq presario F700 series. i was using dell's operating system since last six months. i had formated my laptop using origional dell's operting system. but now its not geting formating or opening..
when i power on ma laptop it jus shows "PLEASE WAIT".. than nothing happens.. so please suggest me how can i fix up this problem?

hi there,

you must not use another system recovery disc on your pc

this is not recommended it may cause damages to your system

like modify your bios version

i will advise you to use a normal windows setup disk of your choice

then format it
