NO you can't.
If you can get your hands on a 32bit DVD then you can install it using the key provided with the 64bit DVD, so if you have a friend with a 32bit version either plead with them to use it..
alternatively you could download the 32bit DVD image from the internet somewhere, I don't think it is illegal if you are doing it while having a legitimate version of the 64 bit and only intend to use it on one computer
