Computer not booting

Hello,

When I plug in the power cord into the back of my unit, the fans, CD Tray and HDD (and everything else) starts up without me pressing the power button but nothing is sent to my display. I have tried everything I could which I have found online but nothing has worked.

I tried that, no luck unfortunately :(
