Unable to open Yahoo Mailbox Closed

Hello,

I cant acess my mailbox only i can see the mail when i am trying to read the mail the page error is comming which i have shown below:-

Dear Sir, 

Firstly contact your administrator to see whether the specific site has not been blocked. 

If there has been no restriction put on the browser, please contact the Yahoo Mail

Support Team for enquiry about the matter.
