Automatic desktop setup

Hello, I am looking for something that might be called a desktop theme but am not sure. What I would like to happen is for XP to start up and automatically open several programs and size the windows according to predetermined settings. What I want is a little similar to the "tile" option on programs that displays all of the open files in a matrix. The difference is that not every program will have the same size window.

Is there such a thing?
