Remedie for file not a valid win32 aplication Closed

Hello,Please help me. 
i have downloaded ps1 emulator epsxe, then done bios,plugins & configuring.then epsxe.exe appeears OK
then i  download smackdown 2 game iso, after download completed  i tried to open file BUT
it didn,t open showed that it is not  a  valid  win 32 application.
please please , tell me what should i do ?
 please anybody help me & tell me in brief how i can play that game on pc.
i will be thankful to you.
