Acer laptop no sound

Hello,

my ACER laptop no sound and the sound icon also disapear. there stated that An exclamation point in a yellow circle on the Aztech 2320 Compatible PnP Audio (WDM). I dont know what was happen...can anyone tell me on how to solve it, please....

you might have done a hard shutdown

you can download and replace the driver

here is the download link from official Acer website:
