Delete old hidden admin

Hello, So i've got this problem. I bought an old second handy Ibook G4 10.4
But the problem is.. i cant change anything. I've got the instalation disks. but it keeps on saying i dont have the competence to re install it..

I cant find the admin because its hidden..
and i've already tried to change the admin password.
that kinda works.. i can start the internet. but still cant re install

what can i do? please help

hi there,

i will advise you to make a fresh format of the pc and

personalize it ,boot from windows disk and follow onscreen instructions
