Control panel nt visble on my laptop

Hello,

hi frds,

plz help me to rectify my problem on laptop, Iam unale to c control panel on my user, and if i clcik on add / remove programs, it shows , as administator ,,,,,, i have logged in as adm..
Also when windows starts, it show, KHATRA.exe missing,

plz help, hw to rectify ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
