Hello,
When I click on my Windows File Explorer icon (XP), will not open.
- Clicked on the icon and looked at Properties
- The target Location: now = %SystemRoot%\explorer
-The Start In: now = %Homedrive%%HomePath%

Any ideas what changed it?
How can I fix it?
Could someone tell me the correct values that should be in both the "Target Location" and the "Start In" fields?

KK, no, you can't download Explorer Exe.

Insert you windows disk and boot. Choose the option repair. You may loose your data.

Good luck
