Shift key not working

Hello,
both my shift keys r nt wrkng,else every key is wrkng.help me out with this as it is vey difficult for me without the shift key.

Dear Neha,

Please remove the keys and place them back to see if the

problem gets fixed. If not check whether there has been no

function assigned to it.
