Cd player dosnt load cds

Hello,
i have just brought a ford focus on a 02 plate and it has a 6 disc cd changer the radio works fine but says error when you put a cd in i have used a cd lense cleaner but still dosent work do u know what the problem is thanxs

hi there,

its a problem with the lens and the ic

take it to seller and get it fixed and

as its new must be having warranty on it
