Hard disk parttion without using vista disk

Hello,

i have installed vista from recovery disk in my hp laptop,now i have only 1 partition c drive and also showing d drive of that recovery partition, now i want create more partition how can i do it without using any recovery or os disk?

please give me the solution in urgent basis

hi there,

right click on my computer>

manage>

disk management>

right click on drive and press on shrink

select size

a raw partition will be created

right click on it then select create partition
