Cant get on internet nothing works anitvirus

Hello,
i need help. i was watching a video on my computer. then this anit virus thing came up i have never seen it before and blocked me from getting back to my videos. i had to shut my computer down. and did safe mode and let a spyboot antivirus thing run and now i cant get on my internet. anyhelp iam desperate projects are do and need inter net.

Please deactivate the firewall to see if the problem

persists.
