Im on windows xp

Hello,
im using windows xp ,ever since i put kaspersky anti virus in ,i havent been able to work cafe world or farmville ,cafe world doesnt show up at all ,and in farmville ican plow and harvest animals and trees but cant buy anything or get gifts up ,i have tried different abodes .its driving my nutz .any ideas ?
