My Saitek GH20 headset wont transmit voice

Hello,

I have had a Saitek GH20 headset for a while now and I use it to talk to people on counter strike but ive changed pc recently and the headset wont transmit voice but has no problem of me hearing, The input/output cables are connected via a creative sound system because otherwise it doesn't work at all if i plug it into the front of the computer. My computer doesn't show signs of a saitek GH20 headset anywhere on my computer.
Does anyone know anything that can help me? Thanks
