Hello,
i noticed that a lot of people here have a sound problem and so do I. Well it all started when i installed a dvd player programm and since then i can't hear any sound. I uninstalled it but noting changed. I downloaded the encoder from HP page but no change!!! I don't know what to do anymore! Help me!

No sound
