ITUNES WON'T RUN

Hello,
iV'E BEEN HAVING SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY ITUNES PROGRAM. LATELY I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO OPEN MY ITUNES AND SOME MESSAGE THAT ALERTED ME SAID "THE ITUNES APPLICATION COULD NOT BE OPEND.THE REQUIERD FOLDER COULD NOT BE FOUND".SO NOW I JUST HAVE MY LIMEWIRE WIRE WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF MUSIC THAT I CAN'T PUT ON MY IPOD BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM.

PS-HELP ME PLEASE!!!
