Hello,
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY LAPTOP WON'T LET ME CLOSE LIKE 8 WINDOWS AND/OR SHUT DOWN FOR 4 DAYS NOW, I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING AM OUT OF MY MIND TRYING THINGS!!!!!!!! PLEASE!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! THANX , MARY ANN AKA PINKNPUFF1969

hi there,

make a hard shutdown

press power button and hold

or remove battery

and after next power on this still occurs

then make a system restore to days back when was working perfectly
