E-mail server?

How do I fix this problem:
" We are unable to connect you to your e-mail server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the internet settings have well been

configured. Try logging to another website to confirm it. You

will also have to check whether the specific site hasn't been

blocked. Still it might just be that the email server has been

reset and it will be working back again after some time. If

none of these solve the problem, please contact the specific

email support.
