Net connection

Hello,
sir im able to access the net by clicking the mozillla firefox icon but when i click the bsnl shortcut icon it is showing error 676 and also the download speed has reduced.
i had configured the modem for lan ,earlier it was con figured for single pc use
pleas suggest the problem and rreccomendations

Or you can use an internet accelerator like Internet Cyclone. I've used it and is quite good. You can google it.
