Dell inspiron 1525 device manager issue

Hello,
There is an "?" sign on some "other devices" in device manager on my inspiron 1525, it's placed in the midle of "network adapters" and "processors", can someone tell me what this is, cause my comp is working just fine since I upgraded it from vista to win 7 32-bit. There are two same devices in it's menu ("base sistem device")
and what's the deal with bluetooth device, I have my laptop over a year and I never used it, it's just not working, do I have it or not?
