Help>my acer laptop crashed ,vesta basic

Hello,
i thaught i could do no rong.i have a 5315 2year old 8oGHD. it is petitioned 50/50. i was running out of space on c drive i drug some files from c to d drive . then i installed a system clean up disk . the next morming i could not get past a notice saying cannot conect .i ran a fix test it didnot help. i think i drug some drivers over to d drive. i am thinking if i could only get to thr recycle ben. i could reinstal the drivers .is their a restore disk i could use?on the other hand is it that simple? please help
