Saving downloaded video clips in Windows 7

Hello,
When I download a video clip using Windows Media the clip plays perfectly. When I want to save the clip I cannot find any tab or menu item to allow me to do so. Have I just missed it or do I need to upgrade, or is there a "fix"?

use a downloader

just copy and paste the url in it and it will do the rest

what is format of video? what is url of page with this video?
