hello,
if there is an integrated vga port on the motherboard then try to connect it on the integrated port and see if it starts up if its good then the problem comes from your graphics card and you must change it. but before changing it just try to remove it and then replugging it

Thank you ! guy for explained, I very surprised and never seen like that . I has been tried changed everything as : vga card, mainboard, ram, power supply, monitor, stilled no display. I should be handle hammer to crushed no more headache.
