I have a brand new ipod nano. I have never listened to it, and I have only put like 20 songs on it. When I play a song it plays out loud when there are no headphones plugged into it, like its suppose to do, but when I plugged the headphones in, it kept on playing out loud. I have no idea what's wrong with it, or what I have to do. No matter what I tryed the music won't switch over to my headphones! PLEASE HELPP!
PUSH HARDER!!!! It seems like the headphones are all the way in but they are not. We had the sames issue. There should be no metal showing at the base of the i-pod,the white part of the cable should be flush with the i-pod case.
