hi there,
To resolve the issue of not having sound when connected to internet,follow the steps below:
press Start,open control panel,
double click on open sound and audio devices then click on sound tab.
scroll to windows explorer under program event and select complete navigation and start navigation
press on OK then apply to make and apply the changes made
