No sound from laptop

Hello,

I'm currently using a Fujitsu Lifebook S Series. The other day, i plugged an audio cable into my audio jack trying to broadcast music through the pa system. No sound came out from the pa system. After unplugging the jack, there's no more sound coming from my laptop. I've checked the devise manager and it says that my audio device is working properly. Anyone can give me some help? Thanks

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the audio driver is

installed on your computer. The problem

should be coming from it if the music

software is not muted.
