hidden files don`t work Closed

Hello,

pls help me in this problem ,

when i showed hidden files , their color was different from others ( pale green )
and , can`t open them !!

I need help

Dear Sir, 

No matter what, you should normally be able to open them. Please 

check whether there is no virus infection causing this restriction. 

Also indicate whether you have made use of a Folder Lock for hiding 

the files.
