How Find the address tolbar maybe this help

Maybe this gone to resolve the problem, just check, maybe you install a program named STYLUS check on the bottom of your desktop open the program and says toolbars check on the first to squares on the top left side of that program and you gone a find HIDE MENUBAR(IE) and HIDE MENUBAR(EXPLORER) just make sure you haven't select them and you're done i hope this help you
