Recovery disk help, boot disk help?

Hello,
Someone please help me. I have an acer extensa 562OZ its all got to do with the recovery disks in which I never got them with the laptop wen i bought it. I have tried doing a complete system restore back to its factory settings, but to my disappoint that too failed, it went through the process of doin the full scan it all completed ok until an error message came up, i cant remem the code right now but it wouldnt let me go any further and i really need to get to the home screen and cant... :(

Without the recovery disks is there any other solution to this problem that maybe someone could shed sum light on the subject...?

I look forward to hearing from you all my techy friends... lol
