Hello,

can anyone help. i just bought a new computer, it has windows vista. yesterday my internet explorer would't open. it looks like it is going to but then just continually says connecting. i have a windows live button on the toolbar which will then open another window and allow me to go on the internet, but i have also noticed some of my problems no longer work properly.

how do i get my explorer to open properly at my homepage

Dear Sir,

Please check whether you are not working offline, please remove

it by getting to File and uncheck Work offline.
