Hi there,
Make a disk cleanup,open my computer and right click on C drive>properties and press on disk cleanup,also remove all unnecessary files like music ,videos to a removable drive,other partition or burn on cd/dvd to free space.You can also make free space on your hard drive by using cleaner and make a disk defragmentation,the software are available for download on links below:
