Hello,
Okay this has happened now to 2 laptops. The computer was frozen, ctrl, alt, delete didnt even bring up anything. It was completely frozen. It would not do anything, the mouse wouldn't move...nothing. So I pushed the power button until it turned off. Well, now it won't turn back on. I can hear it try to start up and then it just shuts down. I have 3 laptops and not one of them works. This has happened twice to 2 different dell laptops. It is getting power to it, have tried 2 different batteries and 2 different adapters. Can anyone help?

You can try a hard reboot -
1. unplug the laptop
2. remove the battery
3. press the "on" button for 30 seconds or more
4. replace the battery and plug into wall
5. restart the PC
Some times this will restore a balky laptop.
Good Luck
