My Toshiba sat pro keyboard problem

Hello,
My Toshiba Sat Pro L300's keyboard is acting up, missing characters as I type. Some programs don't have the problem when I use them. Fb is the worst. What's my problem? can someone enlighten me?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether there is no virus infection causing this actual trouble. Please carry out a virus scan through the anti virus application and then get the virus removed. If ever, this isn't being caused by any virus or malware, please check manually if there are no functions assigned to the different keys.
