Cannot find the required folder

Hello,
My itunes was working fine until a couple of days ago. Now when I try to open it I just get a message that it cannot be opened. The required folder cannot be found. Whats up with this?. I've tried holding down the shift key and opening itunes but its just the same. This is very frustrating! Please help....
