How to Make my iPhone does not automatically connect to the Internet over a cellular network How to make it ask me if I want to or not

Hi there,

Please provide more information,as normally you need to activate the setting for internet before connection,the configuration setting is given by local network provider,Do needful to contact customer care and get the information required,they will help you.
