My hotmail has been hacked, please help me!!

please help me.. i love msn and i love getting emails from my auntie and things like that and she sends me pictures of my little sister and my family from when we have been out... PLEASE HELP ME!! i am only 12 but somebody hacked into my hotmail and msn account and they will not change my password back and i have no clue how to get back onto it..? please help me ?!!!! xxxxxx

Dear xlollypopx,

Please consider filing a legal case about the matter and hence the investigations will lead to the one who hacked the account and hence you will be able to have access back to your account again.Yet it will simpler to create another email account and use it to contact your auntie.
