this prob is mainly related to ur isp. speak to ur internet provider.
in the meanwhile try putting a proper ip address and other details
go to view network connections
on ur ethernet adaptor (ie where ur disabling and then enabling) right click and go to properties
go to tcp/ip (version 4 if applicable)
mark the dot on use following ip address.
put a ip address - check or get one from ur internet provider
else try a default ip address: 192.168.1.2 (last no can be any from 1 to 255)
subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
default gateway : 192.168.1.1 (same as Ip only last digit shud be 1)
now this shud work but if u again face same problem then put the preferred dns n alternate dns too
for this u need to ask ur isp again else u can also use open dns setting
208.67.222.222 for preferred dns
208.67.220.220 for alt dns
