Hello, I just bought an Acer Laptop and when i put songs from a usb stick onto it i have no problem,
but then i shut off my computer and the songs look like they are still there but when i click to play them
it doesnt work and i end up having to delete them..
anyone who can help?

Dear Denny,

Please make sure that the files that you are copying are not just shortcuts. Please get them copied properly. Don't just get them dragged and dropped but right click on them and select send to the specific USB key.
