My keyboard and mouse both usb and ps2 not wo

Hello,

i have hcl computer . i have problem with keyboard and mouse. i have purchaged new keyboard mouse but it also not working . i tried from usb and ps2 kayboard and mouse also but it is not working so is it cpu problem or something else . please help and input and output system perhaps not working. thank you
