Hello,
sir, when in insert iball pen drive in computer usb port, then moniter display - "usb divice not recognized" and in my computer not show pendrive icon.

Dear Sir,

Please try using another USB port to see whether the problem gets solved. If the problem persists, please get its driver updated from the Device Manager.
