policy in A.D to access shared folder in LAN Closed

Hello,
do any body know the actual policy in A.D to access shared folder in LAN, now when i entered \pc name & enter
it ask for username & password, I am entering correct administrator password, but still I am not able to open shared folder from the pc

go to network plces in admin. then click on "set up home or office network".then set it like "on folder and file sharing" . it will resolve your problem
