Pen drive not working

Hello,
my name is phani i buy a transcend 16gb pendrive wen i add data to drive it is working but another time when i plug it data is hidden so please tell me the tips for this problem

Dear Sir,

Please check whether there is no virus on the pen and if it is so get it removed. If there is any corrupted file on it, please get it formatted and hence functioning properly.
