In the name of Allah
You can use this method
1 . Goto Notepad and paste the following Code
on error resume next
Set a=createObject("Wscript.Shell")
a.regwrite "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system\DisableRegistryTools","0","REG_DWORD"
a.regwrite "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system\DisableRegistryTools","0","REG_DWORD"
set a=nothing

2 .Save As EnableRegistry.vbs

3. Allah bless you

with my regards Lover of Islam
