Lan connected but internet not access

Hello,

my windows XP installed computer is already conncted with LAN but canoot access the Internet, what i can do?please help me

Hi there,

Press start+r,type cmd,then ipconfig /release,then ipconfig /flushdns and finally ipconfig /renew to reset ip als check your lan connection cable well inserted in he ports and provide more information if no positive results received.
